i found inspiration reading up on history.... (strangely)

it was surprising to learn that singapore... is the country that gained its independece... without wanting it?

one day, the malaysian side voted to expel Singapore from Malaysia (coz they cannot accept the Malaysian Malaysia thingy PAP wanted, among the reasons).....

interesting stuff to read up on wikipedia..

They kicked us out!!! i quote from wiki, "..the Parliament (of Malaysia) on August 9, 1965 voted 126-0 in favour of the expulsion of Singapore, with members of Parliament from Singapore not present. "

We were the minority sey hari tu...

But look at where we are now... if YOU had the choice.. u wanna be in Malaysia or Singapore?

And im weirdly patriotic in a sense...

Im very proud of Singapore's way.... (and i screen my tagboard too!)
