nostalgic accessories

i look in the mirror, tgk dalam mulut... apesal gusi pat blkng merah2... feels quite different tu.. touched it with my finger...

what do you know.. rasa ada gigi underneath it.. ah yes... my widom tooth satu pun belum keluar lagi....

anyway, im trying to go coffee free (oh dat's hard)

somehow i sort of berazamed, and after realizing that my life is getting better and better, i kinda programmed my mind to believe that life would be SUPER BETTER if im not dependant on coffee (sounds like NLP??)

(i just kinda said to myself many2 times that coffee is a penghambat that stops me from the good thing in life.. )

well, kalau in a camp, orang da kata im SO layu when coffee effects wears off.. i think dat's a problem..

so today bangun pagi je minum... tgh hari NAK minum, tapi baring.. and immediate doze off (dat's what happens when no caffeine binds to the adenosine receptor)

tomorrow, ill try to stay away again..

according to wiki,

"Withdrawal symptoms may appear within 12 to 24 hours after discontinuation of caffeine intake, peak at roughly 48 hours, and usually last from one to five days.."

so i guess, tuesday wud be a crucial day to me.. hehe.. let's just see how..

if it gets too much, ill probably get a coke or some green tea..

haha.. bebual cham nak berhenti rokok je gitu.. but ya, dat's what's happening...
