nostalgic accessories

i thought as a person grows old, he requires less sleep..

'hairan'ly, i always go through periods of sleep 'just about anywhere anytime in any position' if i go to camps/chalet/trips longer than two days

and it is unlike 3 years ago where i sleep little yet stay very active throughout activities mentioned above...

i wonder where do i waste my energy....
