wow, did i just jogged/run 4km (10 rounds of 400) in less than 30 mins????

kalau sorang2, confirm tak dapat habis... i guess ni yang best kalau train ramai2...

although i was the last guy (of course ada lagi perempuan habis lambat dari aku), im quite happy that i actually completed the whole thing...

everyone nya rezeki lain2, maybe im not that flexible, or can sustain strong physical activity.. but im glad that those who are naturally talented at those, put in the effort.. and sorta encourage me... coz if they cant do it, what hope do i have?

in the end, we all need each other...
